蘇Good - 蟹湯不腥之迷 - 第42集
今集阿蘇不是教煮餸,而是教煮湯,番茄與花蟹的配搭,聽起來似乎有點特別,但原來味道相當不錯,又富營養,可能有人會試過,煲蟹湯有一陣腥味,其實只要一個好簡單的步驟,就能夠解決問題,主角便是白醋。 先將豬腱汆水,番茄去皮,一起煲半小時,放入花蟹再煮一會,加鹽、上碗、撒芹菜,Easy Job! 飲完湯,去街散散步,阿蘇對保育和環保都很有心,她請來香港大學地理系教授,一起探望香港幾棵受到忽視的大榕樹,有些更危急存亡之際,都是怪本港城市過度混凝土化所致。
