預防職場性騷擾 雇主有責
根據性別工作平等法第13條，雇主有防治職場性騷擾的責任，甚至還要成立委員會，專門處理公司內部的性騷擾事件。台北市勞工局表示，受到職場性騷擾時如果消極應對，可能會讓騷擾者食隨知味。受害者要馬上向公司內部委員會及政府提出申訴，尋求協助。
