曾蔭權：本港邁向雙普選只是「一步之遙、一念之間」
行政長官曾蔭權表示，政府提出的2012年政改方案是民主和進步的方案，認為大部份市民都希望政制能向前發展，他形容現時本港距離2017年普選行政長官和2020年普選立法會，只是「一步之遙、一念之間」。 曾蔭權說，現時是重要時刻，呼籲立法會議員支持政改方案，以大局為重，又說假如方案不獲通過，香港人會感到失望。
