ganze Sendung vom 16.06.2008: Ein internationaler Flottenverband bahnt sich den Weg durch die Ostsee. An der Operation "Open Spirit" nehmen auch Minenjagdboote der deutschen Marine teil. Vor der Küste Lettlands durchkämmen sie den Meeresboden nach explosiven Seeminen, die während des Zweiten Weltkrieges hier gelegt wurden. Der Job ist riskant, denn die Minen haben auch nach 60 Jahren nichts von ihrer Sprengkraft eingebüßt.
