Daredevil Bikers: Deadliest Journeys
Riding passenger on the back of road bikes with slick tires and dirt tracks means a long, stressful journey for travelers in the Philippines. At any moment their guides could wreck on such unstable terrain, but without the motorbikes it would be a nearly impossible four-hour climb to a village many call home. Hired dirt bikers earn about 8,000 pesos per month — more than twice the average wage in the Philippines. "Deadliest Journeys" airs Wednesday at 8:30/7:30c on Current TV.
