Good Morning. It’s Wednesday, July 6, 2011. At this hour, U.S. equity futures are down. Overseas, the Asian markets were mixed, while the European markets are lower. DST Systems (NYSE:DST) acquired assets of IntelliSource Healthcare Solutions. No terms were disclosed. CNOOC (NYSE:CEO) announced that the PL19-3 oil spills are basically under control. Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) announced that it entered into an agreement with Cell Signaling Technology that provides Pfizer with a worldwide non-exclusive license under the patent estates pooled by CST and Astellas Pharma. Avista (NYSE:AVA) requested cost adjustment for replacing infrastructure filed with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission to increase electric and natural gas rates for customers. Sanofi-aventis (NYSE:SNY) and Rib-X signed a novel antibiotics research collaboration agreement.
