Public Record L’Institut du Nouveau Monde From August 13th to 15th, 2010, in Montreal, L'Institut du Nouveau Monde held its 7th edition of their Summer School for youth. This conference brought together more than 1,000 youth from across Quebec and around the world. On August 14th, 2010, a session titled "From the Soil to Our Plate: What Kind of Agri-Food Model Do We Want?" It featured Christian Lacasse (President General of Union des producteurs agricoles), Jean Pronovost (author of the Commission sur l'avenir de l'agriculture et de l'agroalimentaire québécois' final report), Michel Morisset (professor, University of Laval) and Bernard Généreux (mayor, Saint-Prime, Que.).
