石原・橋下両知事「大阪を副首都に」で一致
大阪・橋下府知事は１日、東京・石原都知事と会談し、行政機能を再編し、大阪を「副首都」にすることで意見が一致した。石原知事はこれまで「都は１つ」との認識を示していたが、「副首都ならばいいのでは」と提案があったという。
