醫管局計劃未來3年招聘400個精神康復個案經理
醫管局表示，會在未來3年招聘400個精神康復個案經理。 聯網服務總監張偉麟表示，招聘對象包括現職精神科護士、職業治療師、社工，今年目標是先招聘80至100個，服務三區，人手比例為1:50。 他表示，明白現時護士人手緊張，但今年會多了護士畢業生，醫管局希望吸納護士畢業生入精神科，之後調動有經驗現職護士擔任個案經理。
