Shahzaad Dalal of IL&FS quits DB Realty board
Two days after Dynamix Balwas (DB) group Managing Director Shahid Usman Balwa got arrested by the CBI in connection with the 2G spectrum scam, one of the independent board members, Shahzaad Dalal announced his resignation from the board of DB Realty. DB realty underplayed the exit saying IL&FS will stay invested in the company.
