「震災で金下ろせない」と寸借詐欺 男逮捕
東日本大震災当日に「ＡＴＭが壊れ、金を下ろせない」などと言って、偽の携帯電話を渡して飲食店の外国人店長から金を詐取したとして、警視庁は１３日、韓国国籍・宋尚烈容疑者（４１）を逮捕。同様の被害が大分県などで相次いでいて、数十件の犯行に関与か。
