Apology as Chinook pilots cleared
A review into a helicopter crash on the Mull of Kintyre 17 years ago has said the pilots should not be blamed. The defence secretary has apologised to the families of the pilots Flight Lieutenants Jonathan Tapper and Richard Cook.
