Public Record The Public Policy Forum’s Annual Testimonial Dinner and Awards On April 29th, 2010, The Public Policy Forum held their 23rd Annual Testimonial Dinner and Awards in Toronto. The event was co-chaired by Darrell Dexter, premier of Nova Scotia and Chantal Hébert, political columnist for the Toronto Star. The recipients of this years Testimonial Awards were: Phil Fontaine, former national chief of the Assembly of First Nations; Carole Taylor, chair of the federal government's Economic Advisory Council; Tony Dean, former cabinet secretary and head of the Ontario Public Service; and Preston Manning, former Reform leader and founder of the Manning Centre for Building Democracy.
