Busselton Jetty South Western Australia
Busselton Jetty in South Western Australia in mid-September 2009. Built over a 95-year period from 1865 and measurng 1841 metres, it is the longest wooden piled jetty in the southern hemisphere. Alas! It was undergoing a major repair and the furthest stretch of it leading to the Underwater Observatory was fenced off. Still, I found the visit to the Interpretive Centre (wrongly captioned as Discovery Centre in my clip!) and Museum interesting especially the historical snippets. Music track composed using Apple’s 'Soundtrack' software.
