Raw Food Diet And Being Prepared

To ensure success, you’ve got to be prepared!!! Check out today’s episode on some of the things you can do to help keep you on track with your diet goals. Natasha is on juice fast and today is her 6th day. She is full of energy and does not feel craved for foods. The main question arises how she made herself prepared for it (juice fast). Actually, it was very easy for her. Since, she is on her raw food diet which is low in calories than the usual cooked foods, So, her refrigerator is full of raw fruits and vegetables. She likes to have varieties of them.  You should always be prepared and clear about what you are going to eat when you feel like having something to eat. So, be prepare and have abundance of foods stored in your refrigerator. Also, always ready with your clean kitchen, appliances and cutting board. Have a great weekend everyone!
