The video is the first in the series documenting our progress through parkour. We have only been training for a little while and this is our first video, so we’re obviously still learning and training (both in parkour and in video making). And we know, we don't need anyone to tell us...the flips and stuff at the end aren't technically parkour...they're free running...so no comments about that. Its just easier to call the whole thing parkour.  This video also features Najib, my (John's) German exchange student. As he is going back in a few days, he will only be in this video and the one we make when I am in Germany. The song is Sandmann by the German band Oomph!.
