「計画的避難」始まる 福島・飯舘村
東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故で「計画的避難区域」に指定された福島県の５市町村のうち、飯舘村と川俣町で１５日、自治体が用意した施設への住民の避難が始まった。乳幼児がいる計１８世帯、１１３人がまず、区域外へ移動した。
