Peter Redward, the head of emerging Asia research at Barclays Plc in Singapore, talks about the outlook for financial markets and U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke’s press conference yesterday in Washington.   Bernanke said the central bank can take additional actions to stimulate the economy "if conditions warranted." Redward speaks with Susan Li on Bloomberg Television's "First Up."
