行政長官曾蔭權伉儷，上午到港島區宣傳政改，先後到過童年時居住的中環、灣仔，以及筲箕灣派發傳單。希望市民支持政改，社會可以減少爭拗。 曾蔭權說，自己出身基層，就算當上特首後，都要關注基層需要，改善民生。曾蔭權開始籌備新一份施政報告，將回應市民對民生的需求。
