The final Can Tho video installment. Begins on my balcony on the final, steamy morning, then to riverside breakfast. You can see the water is much choppier and the air thicker than the previous day's footage. We then spent the day at the disability self-help club operated in the English classroom at the home of the wonderful Hong Nga. There I interviewed people for a good portion of the day about their stories as PWD and also their observations of the needs for better systems in Vietnam. I can't seem to get the words out when the camera is on me that day! And finally, we are on the ferry crossing the Mekong River. I inserted a 25 year old song by OMD, for whom I have been nostalgic the last few months. They always performed about the sea, so I felt this song, "She's Leaving" was a good match for the ferry footage.
