業界強烈譴責女導遊強迫內地客購物
香港內地入境團導遊總工會主席謝北拱表示，女導遊威迫內地遊客購物的行為，並不代表整個業界，又強烈譴責女導遊，完全違反旅遊業議會導遊作業守則。 他批評，女導遊不負責任，不夠專業，亦自私自利，令到本港旅遊業蒙羞，形象變得極度惡劣。
