梁文韜：「有人說過一句話，人的生命有多長，並非自己能夠控制的，如果每件事都以自己為中心，凡事都覺得自己是主體，漸漸地就會覺得世界欠了你很多。曾經有三十多個小朋友，當時我在明愛做義工，替這班雙失青年入行飲食業，現在有幾個在大酒樓裡，已經升為第三鑊。其實一個人很多時候是有機會的，千萬不要心灰意冷，我希望香港人能夠努力耕耘，自強不息，祈求更創高峰。」
