ＩＭＯ次期事務局長に関水康司氏
ＩＭＯ（＝国際海事機関）は２８日、英・ロンドンで次期事務局長選を行い、関水康司氏が選ばれた。関水氏は、当面の最重要課題としてソマリア沖の海賊対策を挙げた上で、来月、アフリカ・ジブチに初めての恒久的な拠点を開設する自衛隊の活動に期待を寄せた。
