勞工界爭取實施多年的《最低工資條例》，終於趕及在今年「五．一」勞動節上馬，不過，這件本以為造福勞工界的事，因為飯鐘錢和休息日是否應該計算薪酬，演變成勞資雙方爭拗的源頭，掌聲背後怨氣重重，有僱員被逼長工轉兼職，合約變自僱，甚至有人被解僱，未蒙其利，先受其害。 香港的僱傭關係複雜，不一而足，最低工資以時薪計算報酬，為香港勞資關係帶來前所未有的挑戰，大小企業如何化解今次的危機？進入通脹年代，租金颷升、物價上漲，兼且要實施最低工資，對勞資雙方是福是禍？低層勞工議價能力最低，最後會否因加得減？ 記者：周詩泓
