Shot 07/06/2011.## Wire/StoryDescription: Memphis police filed first degree murder charges Tuesday against the man accused of shooting a Memphis police officer and another man Sunday at the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Memphis.   Alexander Haydel, 22, is charged with killing Officer Timothy Warren, 39, along with Arthur Warren, 49. An affidavit of complaint obtained by Action News 5 details the chain of events that led to Tuesday’s hotel shooting. According to the affidavit, it all started on Beale Street, where police say Haydel and other family members were visiting from Cleveland, Mississippi. On Beale, Haydel got into an argument with his wife during and bit her lip, cutting the inside of her mouth.##
