GoDaddy Purchased by KKR Along with Other Investors
Domain name registrar name has been sold to a number of buyers which include KKR & Co (NYSE:KKR) , Silver Lake Partners and a couple of other investors for about 2.25 Billion dollars.In a press conference last week, CEO Bob Parsons of GoDaddy.com noted that he was looking forward to the future of the deal and the sale of the company will assist the company in it’s growth and provide customers using the company's resources. He also took note that the company is going to the "next level" and GoDaddy collaborated with the firms due to their expertise of technology and expertise of technology.KKR & Co (NYSE:KKR) has a potential upside of 30.1% based on a current price of $16.57 and an average consensus analyst price target of $21.56.
