The following is security camera video of an August 17, 2008 confrontation at a Lukoil store in Northeast Philadelphia between Agnes Lawless, the woman at the counter, and police officer Alberto Lopez, Sr. About 20 minutes before, Lawless and the three friends in the store were in a minor traffic accident with Officer Lopez’s son, Alberto Lopez, Jr. who can be seen entering the store behind his father, and later stopping Lawless from leaving.
