干し柿づくりに重宝、自動皮むき機
福島市の機械メーカー、アストラの開発した自動皮むき機が、干し柿作りをする農家に重宝されている。皮むきは手間のかかる作業だが、高齢化が進む産地では作業者が減り、負担が高まっている。「皮むき作業で、肩こりがとれない」。農家に生まれた一条浩孝社長が、母の一言をヒントに生み出した品だ。
