This video is part of UCF’s free online "Intellectual Property Rights for Educators" course.  This is a continuation of Part 1. The scenario covers a situation where a lecturer uses images from a magazine (in this case, a prestigious one) in her campus-based lecture. She'd like to put this lecture online and make it freely available. The scenario covers what she needs to do with the images, owned by someone else, that have traditionally been used in the lectures.
