週末前夕,又是分享美食的時間。即使是平凡的食材,經廚師花心思配搭、鑽研創新烹調法,不難炮製出驚喜滋味!今集節目就為大家推介三道創意美食。有富貴蝦之稱的瀨尿蝦,肉厚爽甜,大廚嘉賓利用新鮮菇菌的清香提升瀨尿蝦的鮮味,烹調時有甚麼竅門?留意節目介紹。「煮角招牌菜」有對烹飪頗有心得的型男王浩信,示範自創菜式「番茄煙肉炒烏冬」;當然還有Annie於「今晚食乜餸」炮製的「豆醬金錢牛(月展) 炒絲瓜 」。 瀨尿蝦是本港受歡迎海產之一,大家在海鮮酒家吃到的瀨尿蝦菜式,多數用大量蔥、蒜或椒鹽炒香,甚少加入其他食材。傳統食法雖然惹味可口,但對老饕而言未免單調欠新意,所以今日「廚師顯廚藝」的嘉賓大廚,選以靈芝菇、鮮草菇入饌,到底清香又爽口的野菌如何為瀨尿蝦增添鮮味?烹煮前,又應如何處理瀨尿蝦?留意「大廚」小貼士。 歌手出身的Vincent王浩信,近年在劇集方面表現出色,主持亦見稱職,對每項工作都要求盡善盡美的他,原來對食的要求亦絕不馬虎。Vincent今日擔當「煮角」,示範其「招牌菜」- 番茄煙肉炒烏冬之餘,又會大談近況及分享入廚心得。至於Annie炮製的「豆醬金錢 牛(月展) 炒絲瓜 」同樣美味滿分。
