One of Nickelodeon’s biggest shows, with an appeal over an incredibly large cross-section of viewers, was Avatar: The Last Airbender. When you couple a big-name kids' show with great storytelling and a huge following with the rolling slow-motion train wreck that is M. Night Shyamalan, you get The Last Airbender, coming to theatres July 2010. The Last Airbender will send us out with Aang, the last of the Airbender race and heir to the great legacy of Avatars, masters of all four elements. Aang ventures forth along with some familiar friends to defeat the grasping Fire Nation, masters of the fire element who have conquered most of the planet. Check out the trailer.
