細野氏が原発相、蓮舫行刷相は首相補佐官に
菅首相は、原発事故対応にあたってきた細野首相補佐官を新設する原発担当相に起用し、蓮舫行刷相を首相補佐官とする人事を決定した。今後、行刷相は枝野官房長官が兼務する。また、松本防災相の復興相任命に伴い、兼務していた環境相は江田法相が兼務へ。
