Freedom at Neves — Short documentary about an action guided by socio-cultural music at Polinter of Neves in Rio de Janeiro. "    In July 2010, Pedro Caetano, bassist for the "Ponto de Equilibrio" was arrested and taken to the jail for growing cannabis at home for their own use.
