While Doraemon is from the future, many of his magical gadgets have now become science fact. This exhibition by the Miraikan museum, the Tokyo museum of sciences of the future, gathers various technological breakthroughs linked to Doraemon’s universe. A large area is dedicated to all sorts of robots, particularly those able to communicate... Such as these artificial plants that nod in reaction to the human voice. Other oddity, this slightly more sophisticated teddy bear, nicknamed Caiwa, which means 'conversation, in Japanese.
