Surfing the City, by Oskar Metsavaht
Snow-boarder, mountaineer and former medic, Oskar Metsavaht founded his fashion label, Osklen, in 1988, after designing a much-admired coat to scale Argentina’s Mount Aconcagua in. Osklen is now Brazil's most successful fashion export, famed for its pioneering use of sustainable materials. Film directing is another string to Metsavaht's already burgeoning bow, and for many of his fashion collections he has produced an accompanying short film. Here we take a look at 'Surfing the City', the film he created for his A/W 08 collection. Check back next week for the next instalment.
