環保團體要求政府就新樓窗台標示定清晰指引
環保觸覺調查發現，發展商普遍都會用盡豁免面積，製作成特大窗台出售，而在售樓說明書中，亦沒有清晰標示窗台的實際面積，令買樓人士易受誤導 。 他們要求政府應定出清晰指引，規管發展商有關窗台的標示準則。
