Hugo Lake is located on the Kiamichi River and offers quiet, wooded campgrounds for tent sites operated by the Corps of Engineers, along with one state park. The large parks and miles of paved roads are ideal for hiking, jogging, cycling and horseback riding. Kiamichi Park contains several camp areas, swimming beach, equestrian camping area, marina and cabins. Variety of fish species found at Hugo Lake include sand bass, crappie and catfish.
