12月14日晚上8時正，得獎歌曲揭盅，35首候選歌曲。先由韓國跳舞天后蔡妍出場勁歌熱舞一翻後隨即揭曉各首歌曲得奬名單。 今屆「新人薦場飊星獎」由人氣勁升王袓藍奪得,林俊傑及蔡卓妍的小酒窩奪得今年「最受歡迎華語歌曲奬」,而「最受歡迎廣告歌曲奬」由HotCha的You Are My Best Friend 奪得, 而其他得獎歌手如何韻詩、鄭融、林峯、王菀之、楊千嬅、陳奕迅等均有出席，場面非常熱鬧。
