澳洲下月21日大選 吉拉德：讓人民選出領導人
澳洲總理吉拉德宣布，下月21日舉行大選。 吉拉德上午和總督布萊斯會面，請求解散國會，隨即宣布大選日期。她表示，大選是國家的大事，要讓人民選出領導人。 她又說，將來要致力促進國民的教育、健康和就業，促進國家經濟發展，並想出辦法和政策，解決政府存在的問題。 吉拉德上月24日接替陸克文，成為澳洲歷史上首位女總理。
