S&P iCMBS: What It Is And How It Works
Standard & Poor’s recently released S&P iCMBS, the latest enhancement to its S&P CreditMatters app for iPhone. S&P iCMBS allows users to locate nearby CMBS properties and access loan and deal statistics for S&P's active U.S. CMBS loan universe. To access the application, download S&P CreditMatters from the Apple App Store and select the iCMBS tab. In this CreditMatters TV segment, Standard & Poor's Senior Director Zachary Wolf discusses some of the application's functionalities and provides a brief demonstration.
