強烈熱帶風暴康森現時集結在西沙以東約140公里，大致移向海南島。天文台傍晚至晚上才考慮是否發出熱帶氣旋警告訊號。 天文台高級科學主任鄭楚明表示，康森採取較偏西的方向，預料會吹向海南，與香港保持一定距離。 香港明早風勢才會增強，預計介時會多雲和有驟雨。
