內地新一輪暴雨，湖南增至8人喪生，1人失蹤，超過200萬人受災。直接經濟損失10億元人民幣。 當局緊急啟動國家四級救災應急響應。 重慶災情亦嚴重，至少7人死亡，部份地區水深達3米，市區天色昏暗，白天好像晚上，影響陸空交通。 湖北、湖南、重慶、貴州及青海，亦受到暴雨影響。
