World Music: Caffe-in, "Go, Caterpillar"
Here’s one dedicated to all you parents who sent their kids back to school a few weeks ago, and also to you kids who had to go! Caffe-in is an unusual combination of Japanese and Chinese musical talents, and the band is quite popular in the Beijing music scene. Although they describe their music as rock/punk/ska, this particular song is sugary pop, and could easily be destined to be a favorite amongst grammar school and kindergarten teachers."Go Caterpillar - walk your own pathDon't let anyone stop youMaybe others won't understandIn this small body I have a huge dreamGo Caterpillar - don't give up your goals"It's a good band too, but we think the kids really carry the day on this one.
