そうめん作りが最盛期
「揖保乃糸」の産地、兵庫県たつの市や姫路市で、そうめん作りが最盛期を迎えている。この夏の猛暑で、来年に持ち越す分も売れたため、今年は、最初からフル稼働の工場も多い。乾燥して気温が下がるこの時期の風物詩で、４月ごろまで続く。
