Dear Sirs, PITA PROMET mission is the production and distribution of traditional, hand-made pies under the 50-year old recipe. We wish that recognizability of taste and flavour of our traditionally hand-made pies distinguish us as leaders in the area of the Bolkans . As a leading company in the neighbourhood producing pies in a traditional way, we have joined the traditional with new trends of pie production. In our pie production we successfully follow the implemented norms, principles and requirements of HACCP standards. The product range of Pita Promet includes 5 salty pies: meat pie, potato pie, mushrooms pies, spinach pie and cheese pie and 2 sweet pies: apple pie and sour charry pie.The production principle is to hand- roll out phyllo dough sheets and take great care of customers health.We produce pies without any additives or artificial chemicals, so that our pies can be classified into organic food. They are packed frozen by 200 and 250 gr.Best before use period for frozen pies is 180 days and they should be kept at under - 18˚C before use. Comercially our pies are snail-shaped (horse-shoe-shaped ). We offer the pies packed in boxes , 40 pieces each, in the transport packagings intended for trade chains which in their premises have baking ovens where the pies are baked.
