阿蘇今次一反傳統，找班大隻佬玩傳廚房，來個大隻佬炒芋頭龍虎榜，阿蘇講解麻包去芋頭皮方法，誠邀六位大隻佬示範，分別以環保袋袋芋頭，再用力拍向地上，阿蘇最後檢查，發現真的能成功去皮，但所付出的就…… 這次阿蘇教授烹煮反沙芋頭，壯男們切起芋頭來時大時細，被阿蘇勒令重新切過，煮糖水時又未掌握到時間，影響了炒芋頭的過程，到真正要快炒炸好的芋頭時，部份猛男仍可炒出水準。 阿蘇因受不住美男魅力，於是加料炮製涼拌芋頭，這次不用麻包去芋頭皮，而是烚熟芋頭才剝皮，然後將芋頭切開，加蔥加鹽，淋上熟油撈勻便可。
