This A&E reality series returns for a second season of minor mayhem as Brian, Danielle and other officers of the Philadelphia Parking Authority hand out citations and deal with the unhappy violators who try to weasel their way out of trouble. Meanwhile, returning fan-fave Sherry and her partner Steve get a cool new van to help them find and boot the cars of the most egregious offenders, and the impound lot sees a steady parade of outraged citizens.
