対リビア軍事作戦、ＮＡＴＯが指揮へ
アメリカ国防総省は２４日、リビア・カダフィ政権に対する軍事作戦の指揮権を、早ければ今週末にもＮＡＴＯ（＝北大西洋条約機構）へ引き渡すとの見通しを示した。 ＮＡＴＯが指揮を執ることについては、加盟国のトルコなどが反対していたため調整が続いていたが、２４日に大筋で合意に至ったという。(03/25 07:46)
