江華：「剛入行的時候甚麼也不懂，但似乎有很多機會，做了一段時間才發覺，原來那件事不是你掌握的，譬如金融海嘯、裁員，當我們試圖去對衡或衝破這個我們認為不對的事，或是我們認為不公平的事的界線時，原來我才發覺真正的道理是，很多事都不是我們控制的，人往往就是不懂得放手，所以會傷害很多事很多人，我自己會持一個跟隨的態度，不強求的態度，珍惜每件事，去愛身邊所有的人和事物。」
