Bank report surprises Lloyds
Lloyds Banking Group should be made to increase its sell-off of branches and current accounts, according to the interim report by the Independent Banking Commission. Sharlene Goff, retail banking correspondent, tells the FT’s Seb Morton-Clark why the announcement has been a shock to the bank.
